Just finished making charoset for 12 for tomorrow night.

I (goy for sure) am presiding for an ex-patriate Peasch and so was excused from cooking, only had to provide the mortar, horseradish root, and other symbolic stuffs except the matzoh (which is coming from the main synagogue in Palma). Half attendees will be fellow goys, two are jews who never did Pesach, and 4 are Jewish old timers from Australia, Netherlands, USA, and Argentina who want to see what the rest of us make of all this.
