Watts and Goddard are claiming that the record Arctic sea ice recovery is evidence against global warming.

This happened the last time we had a record sea ice melt, too, in 2007. When the ice melts to a new record low, you'll get a record recovery in the following winter, just like the higher you drop a ball from, the higher it'll rebound. So now that we've hit a lower summer low, the rebound looks even bigger.
And in 2007, as now, Watts claimed that the then-record rebound was evidence against global warming.
Hey, just think of how big the rebound will be the first year there's no summer ice!

Meanwhile, both the average annual min and max for ice are decreasing.

Is there any reason to still be calling Watts and Goddard "skeptics"? You can't get much more obtuse than this. It looks like they'll distort any piece of data to fit their narrative, no matter how blatantly it goes against common sense.
