Just prior to your presentation ...

... try to create a mental image of your audience ... in their underwear.

This may keep you smiling ... and create an audience perception (illusion) that you are confident. If someone asks "Why are you smiling?", tell them something true and simple; you're having a good day. (;^)

Don't focus your concerns about your accent. Your accent can be improved, but will take commitment and time. Most likely this can not be remedied before the next presentation. So just relax.

As for the sinus problem, take an appropriate medication that you know works well for you. Taking an over-the-counter medication that you have never tried may have undesirable effects and doing so immediately before the presentation is risky.

As for forgetting topics ....
Try to focus on the messages that you want them to remember. Condense the presentation into a summary on a 3x5 inch card that fits your shirt pocket or pants. If appropriate, display the card in front of you during the presentation. If you forget to mention some topics, quickly glance at your 3x5 inch card. During a 15 minute presentation, you may want to make only 3 memorable messages.

Good luck!
