Just read a CME article talking about CHD (coronary heart disease), obesity, and metabolic health (dealing with diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol). There has been a recent argument that one could be overweight/obese and healthy. This study kind of puts that idea to rest. Overweight/obese is bad, regardless. There thinking/theory is the bad stuff just hasn't happened yet and it is better to get to a normal weight.

Here is a website that you might like. It challenges a lot of the conventional wisdom about health and fitness. It appears to be well researched.
