<<Hi everyone, it's Justin again. New problem... Many of the brokerages I have looked at do not allow minors to have a retirement account, even if I use my father as a custodian. Does anyone know of a brokerage that will allow a minor to open a Roth IRA account with or without a custodian? (I have tried Datek, Ameritrade, myTrade, & NetBank/UVEST)>>

Vanguard allows IRAs for minors in their fund family, so chances are good they will do so on the brokerage side of the house as well. I'd give them a try were I you. Unfortunately, the hardest part of using an IRA as a minor is getting the custodian to agree to it.
