Keep in mind that tea will dehydrate you, so unless you are drinking significantly more water than tea

Most of the tea is non-caffeine. I can't have caffeine in the afternoon and sleep properly. The "fact" that caffeine dehydrates is mostly a myth. The body becomes accustom to a consistent amount of caffeine.

In a rare study where people drank nothing but tea for the 12 hour duration of the trial, there was no difference in hydration levels between them and the people who drank the same quantity of boiled water.
