As many of you who are familiar with the Mechanical Investing message board are aware, finding old Value Line data on lots of stocks is a huge challenge. The company [Salomon Smith Barney] simply didn't satisfy our required needs... so we've had to literally go to libraries across the nation to find what we need.

So, let me get this straight. You're saying, basically, that the TMF community is putting together a research project that was beyond the capabilities (or at least the capabilities that they wished to devote to the project) of Salomon Smith Barney, a major firm?

My respect for the TMF community and what we can accomplish continues to grow in leaps and bounds.
