I'm impressed, though one thing that leaps out to me is a lack of language education tools. I do expect that would be far harder to teach in this manner.

Now is this a competitive issue for K12? ... I think it probably is, but there will be a lot of models explored in this realm in my opinion, so it does not yet scare me off.
