I see what you re saying. The Fleet is teaser rate at 2.9% and my goal was to pay that off this month then attack the lawsuit. The 401K investment is hard to do. I understand our advice and I will give it plenty of thought. The wedding debt is to my Mom and the caterer. Fortunately neither are hurting for the $$ but I feel morally bankrupt not paying them off ASAP. The MBNA card is at such a high balance and I just wanted to keep it current until we can attack it together.

In regards to the lawsuit I was going to attempt to get rid of that by the end of the year also.
