I also/was/still am confused even though some posters were excellent in trying to explain what exactly was happening with Kraft spinning off their POST Brands. I have maybe 30 shares of Kraft (KFT) and after giving the matter some serious thought. I remembered that I bought Kraft not the other company. I had researched Kraft not the other company. I laid my money on Kraft not the other company. As if to add insult to injury, Scottrade wanted $25 if I took the bait.

I bought Kraft for me it is the end of this convoluted spin-off of Post Cereals by Kraft. I am keeping my Kraft stocks.
