If you had no qualified retirement plan and asked me for ideas I might suggest a SIMPLE IRA plan instead of a 401k. There are many reasons, but IRS reporting & annual expense charges are two that come to mind first.

Look for a retirement planning specialist (and yes, it's worth it to use an agent/broker who can actually
help!) and review the options. Depending on your firm's participation, a SIMPLE plan might be better for a small group.

How do you find help? Ask for referrals! Ask other local business owners for recommendations...
