Last monday I filed last 3 years..and tommorow will get out all years except for 1994. As i have nothing to go by(no w-2s etc)...what is the best thing to do at this point.

Forget it. It's outside IRS's standard enforcement period (6 years), and because of the small amount of money involved and the lack of information available to either you or them, I wouldn't worry about it.
