I got distracted, as I am completing one work assignment at the end of this week, taking 3 weeks off, and then starting a detail (a temporary assignment) in another area entirely when I get back. That and the ongoing saga of DD's illness have been distracting. (It's called POTS. She also has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Treatment is water, huge amounts of salt, exercise, and a potpourri of drugs to control the symptoms. And hope that she gets better in some amount of time between a year and a decade.)

So, in honor of the eat-more-salt requirement, we have the following foods for your enjoyment (all vegetarian because DD is): Feta, olives, capers, bread, pretzels, pizza, salt & vinegar potato chips, Cheetos, every frozen food on the planet, all the regular-sodium canned soups on the planet, and, just in case, salt tablets.

ThyPeace, POTS sufferers have low blood volume. The combination of water and salt helps with that, which helps with some of the symptoms. We have a long way before she could go back to school, but have also come a long way since this started in April.
