Let me be the first to say "Sorry" for the hassle. Although I'm in IS, not the retail side, of Footstar, I hate it when a bad experience happens. It sure doesn't help the business or the stock! I'm going to pass this on to management, who will hopefully do something about this.

One question: you mentioned "the" website and "a" store - which website was it (we have a couple); footstar, footaction, or just for feet? That way, I can make sure the "right" people get on it!
