Let me open this thread up one last time....

Firing off a letter to the president of the company, telling him that his company shouldn't call again does wonders. I did this with MCI 5 years ago and have never heard from them since.

Also, check with your state. Florida and now Texas have 1-800 numbers set up as a state-wide do not call list. The state puts your name and number on a list and gives it to tele-marketers. Sometimes there is a fee (something like $5 or $10/ year) but at least it keeps the telemarketers off your line.
