Hey guys,

I just found this board. There's some stuff I would love to discuss with other folks of a similar age and perspective.

And it would be great to have a board where the average response isn't "seen it all done it all before." While that's useful sometimes, I think some fresher viewpoints often help.

I'll throw out some suggestions for topics we might like to discuss:

- Allocating money - how much to put away for retirement vs. for a home deposit vs. general savings?

- Aggressiveness - we're young, we've got time on our sides - are there more risky investments that we can 'sensibly' indulge in? how much risk is acceptable to take on?

- The future - is America (or the world) going to be vastly different when we plan on retiring in thirty years or whenever? (Hint: the answer is yes). How do we deal with the knowns and the unknowns?

- Trends - we're young, we see stuff before a lot of the other people on these boards do. i'm kicking myself for not investigating DECK when i first saw people walking around in UGGs. I think we could make a head start here.

Anyway, these are just some ideas. I'd love it if we pulled in people we know from the other boards and start throwing around some thoughts and opinions.

Anyone out there feel the same?
