Let's say I lose another 40 pounds and get down to 170. To maintain that weight, I'd have to eat perhaps 400 calories less than someone who is naturally 170 pounds.

This was talked about (as being true and they discuss the science behind it) in the HBO "Weight of the Nation" documentary. Very interesting, I highly recommend it.

And it's so not fair :(
