Just got my retirement newsletter, in it was this blurb from the Wall Street Journal 3/29/00: "For instance, R.R Donnelley has held talks about a possible leveraged buyout or sale of the company, though it is unclear if any transaction will occur, people familiar with the matter say. The company wouldn't comment."
On page one from Jim Donnelley, A possible stock buyout was also in the wind, but he had no comment on it at this time.
What's happening?
