I just received an email informing me that a friend had suddenly died of natural causes. She was around my age. Had a nice Christmas and New Year's, and apparently was found dead in her home. She was a rescue person as well, working at the local shelter in addition to working at her paying job. She had a big heart and now she's gone. My first thought is what is going to happen to her pets.

This is so shocking.

Live life now!
