DD is almost 29. She recently made a career-changing decision and started law school in the Fall. Is she (or are we) eligible for the Lifetime Learning Credit? TIA

Almost certainly her tuition and fees are qualified expenses for the LLC. For all the details, including who can claim the credit, see Publication 970.
