Linda, if it is raining more in Panama City, the rain forest right outside of PC will definitely benefit.



An ecosystem does not do better when it receives too much or too little of what is necessary to make it thrive. It will throw off the balance of life inside the ecosystem. Short term changes will not disrupt the system, but over time changes such as man is causing are bound to become permanent and parts of the system will die while others will take over. S. Florida is going through some major changes due to all the invasive species and climate change. There is no telling what Florida is going to be like in the future considering the computer models believe 1/3 of Florida will be under water by 2100.

I probably didn't state this very well. I'm not an ecologist.
