Lisa -

Welcome back. The door stays open 24 hours a day. Like several have said already, very few succeed the first time.

I am curious about what led you to fall off the wagon. Some, it's event-oriented, reaction to stress. Me, it's no good reason -- I start looking at smoking through rose-colored glasses, remembering how good the after dinner smoke used to taste, or socializing in the smoking area, and forgetting about hacking up a lung here and there.

Sometimes thinking about why can help you avoid the next pitfall.

Keep posting and let us know how this quit is going.
