While they may be true, we all know that past performance doesn't guarantee future performance - don't we?? ;-)While I would guess that logomc is probably licensed and qualified to talk about such things . . . if the NASD or his/her compliance department saw this and new exactly who said it, it's very likely the he/she would receive sanctions for it. Registered reps CAN NOT make such claims as "VA subaccounts outperform their MF counter parts" which implies that they will continue to do so. Perhaps logomc is simply newly registered and is not fully aware of what a registered rep can or cannot say . . . ??? Perhaps he/she meant to say that VA subaccounts have outperformed their MF counter parts. I know it may seem a little nit picky. But, it's the kind of thing registered reps can lose their license over.Regardless of just who makes such claims . .. BE WARY!
