Lokicious & Delta OneThank you for your responses. I'm building a financial model in a spreadsheet format which will allow me to vary the funds allocated between stocks, bonds, and cash. It will also allow me to either increase or decrease the assumed risk by asset class depending on how much after tax cash is generated. I know how much income will be needed for retirement, but am unsure of the return needed from each investment class to generate "X" income. It quickly became apparent that I needed to factor in tax rates for each allocation.(i.e. TIPs, stock dividends, Munis, corps, etc.)Thank you again for taking the time to respond.Best to all!
