Taken to an extreme, isn't this what Hitler said and did in regard to the Jews? And how do we get the new-found funds to the "true achievers"?I do agree that the economy would be more effective if the capital is in the hands of the "achievers" rather than the "undeserving", I'm uncertain as to how that can happen while maintaining justice and incentives for production. Thx.
