Hi,

After renting for 20+ years, I am considering getting a small home. I am single and have gotten away with renting 2 bedrooms very well. That is all I need.

I am also cheap ! Since I have never purchased a home, I am a little afraid about it. I would think nothing of investing into a stock, but a home ? Not so comfortable.

I live in New Hampshire. Nice and cold in the winter ! Another factor to include in my home need assessment.

I have looked at some mobile homes on the internet. Never been in one. But I am told the newer ones are nice.

What is defined as a "newer" mobile home ? under 10 years ? Under 5 years ? 15 years ?

Thanks
