I have been putting it off for far too long.

I have the following choices available to me for my 401(k) via Prudential

Dreyfus Bond Market Index Fund ClINV DBMIX
Managers Fixed Income Fund ClY MFDYX
Managers High Yield Fund ClY MHHYX
Managers Balanced Fund ClY MBEYX
MFS Value Fund ClA MEIAX
Vanguard Institutional Index Fund VINIX
The Growth Fund of America ClA AGTHX
Goldman Sachs Mid Cap Value Fund ClA GCMAX
Dreyfus Midcap Index Fund PESPX
Managers Mid-Cap Fund ClY MKPYX
Dreyfus Small Cap Stock Index Fund DISSX
Legg Mason Small Cap Growth A SASMX
Dreyfus International Stock Index Fund DIISX
EuroPacific Growth Fund ClA AEPGX

All of the funds except the VINIX seem to have a 12b-1 fee attached, the VINIX has an added .25% annual fee tacked on, making the expense ratio .3%

None of the funds have a load from what I can tell.
