I do some contract work for a small company that hosts job fairs and puts up lists of available jobs. The company also puts up articles with career advice, including writing resumes, enhancing job search, things like that.

I'm doing their social media - since most in the company don't have time to pay attention to it.

I'm fine on Twitter, but I want some questions that I can ask to get conversations going on FB, G+, & LinkedIn. Well, with linkedin I may have to start participating in groups, but that's not a big deal.

I've already asked, "What was the weirdest question you've ever been asked on an interview?" and "What was your very first job?"

Any ideas on other things I can ask?
