Looks like a blogger with an agenda, or a lack of understanding. For "intensive insider selling" he cites a paper from 1968. Just looking at his first listed person:

Arvind Sodhani Oct 25-Nov 1 Shares sold:184,231 Shares bought:0 Decrease In Ownership:35.2%

Here's the source:
11/1/2013 27206 Option exercise
11/1/2013 -27206 Sale
10/28/2013 86295 Option exercise
10/28/2013 -92025 Sale
10/25/2013 -65000 Sale
10/24/2013 6255 Option payment
10/24/2013 76985 Option exercise
next entry: 8/2/2013

Arvind just exercised all of his options and sold them. He hasn't had a 35% decrease in ownership. It looks like he actually increased his holdings by 6255.

Andy Bryant also exercised options for 693,630 and sold them the same day. I'm assuming the rest of the people on his list probably did the same thing.
