Greetings Hybrid Fools,

In previous posts I wrote about a fairly expensive problem with my 2001 Prius. A couple calls to Toyota Customer Care expressing some doubts about the service I was getting--and six weeks later--a check in the mail covering a good part of our expense!

We've had the car back for about a month. Time, and good behavior on our car's part, have pushed the recent painful events to the back of our minds. Now, with Toyota helping us out like this, our Prius is climbing back up onto its pedastal.
