Low PE ratios are because the builder stocks are considered cyclical.

So what? UH has great fundamentals. PE ratios around 8 or less, and has often been selling for less than book value.

Short-term, don't hold your breath. Interest rates scare the mortgage side of the business. But long-term prosepects should be great. The company specializes in building retirement complexes (high-end) in the Sunbelt.

Trading volume is relatively light. Ownership is concentrated in a few mutual funds. I have read that institutional ownership is about 80-90%, the biggest holders according to the proxy statements are Fidelity, Franklin-Templeton, and Vanguard.

Long-term - buy and hold.
