Lowstudent, In reply, I copied the direct wording form the proxy page 59 regarding the board members, and the part about the shareholders interest of BLS from page 66. I was in answer by the board to a suit filed by the Georgia Business Corp as they feel the stock merger was now in full value of the BLS shares. Also, did you read the part about AT&T issuing 400 billion more shares to pay off the BLS shareholders. That would dilute the AT&T price and who knows just what will be the market price when the merger goes through? I guess I'm down on AT&T 'cause I lost a bundle back in 2001 on AT&T shares. Anyway, you should read the proxy for yourself and decide for yourself! Opinions are ok but you have to know and make up your own mind. I"m not flaming you, just be careful with what you own.
