<As we would reward the executives who make the decisions that make the company money, also should we slightly reward the ones who are responsible for implementing the decisions. >Personally, I think anyone who works full time should be paid a living wage. How can we get the best out of our employees if they are at or below the poverty level. I would rather give a living wage (and some stock options) to a cast member as opposed to an obseen number of options being granted to board members.Just my 2 cents worth.Wes
