<Fools UV4 works fine but at the end of year
when shuffle your fools 4 portfolio you end up paying
capital gains tax. Is there an alternate portfolio
available for a long term where you don't need to
shuffle every year keeping in mind same kind of
returns of UV4. I guess it's OK if we have to shuffle
once every 3 years in which case I guess the capital
gains tax will be drastically reduced when compared
with shuffling every year.>

You may wish to look at the Cash King (CK) portfolios, such as they are. One is called MoneyHeavy and the other Simpleton (at least, sometimes). These are bought and held for a 10-year period. Do not blindly copy them, though. I am currently sitting on some OXHP for which I paid $64 1/2. Well, the 10 years are nowhere near up yet, but it was at $16 7/8 yesterday. OTOH, maybe it is a good deal at the present price. GOK. They have about 9 1/2 years to work their way out of it, but if it takes them that long to get back up to $64 1/2, I will have suffered a lot of opportunity cost.
