<I just LOVE a story with a Happy Ending!>

Similar story, slightly different outcome:

A couple winters ago I was driving home from a days skiing up in Maine, in my step-mothers Subaru Impreza STATION WAGON on a little travelled, curvy highway with a 50 mph speed limit. I was going steady at just under 60 - with a huge luxury SUV which was on my bumper on the straightaways, and struggling to keep up on the curves. I grew a bit tired of this, and floored it on the entrance to a set of S-curves which I knew well. The SUV nearly went up on two wheels, and emerged from the S-curves a quarter-mile or so behind me. Shortly thereafter it roared by [at 70+] in the only passing zone in that stretch of the road, and was nailed by a state trooper.

I waved to the driver and applauded the trooper.

Cheers,
madmikeyd
