<iI don't understand your point or reasoning.

Why would you avoid using the ACA exchange even if you could? Is this your position even if it saved you a significant amount of money?

2- Do you realize that the rates charged for medical care of the un-insured are significantly (sometimes astronomically) higher than the rates charged to the insured?

I will not qualify for "Obamacare" and I refuse to pay almost double to support this current system. No thank you, I will pay cash. Thus far, I find I can negotiate upfront cash fees.
