Sorry, I haven't heard a thing about this.

The quickest source of information is your U.S. Representative's office. You can probably reach your Rep's website through http://www.house.gov.

You can reasearch all bills introduced in this and some past Congresses at http://thomas.loc.gov if you want to do it yourself.
