Corporations do not pay taxes. It is a pass through item for them. That is why a reduction in the rate allows them to be more competitive.

I agree most corporations do not pay taxes.

However if no corporation pays taxes what difference does a tax cut make? Why is it a loss of revenue.

I would not mind the top corporate rate being cut as long as corporate loopholes were closed to make up the revenue drop. But that is not happening. They are removing individual tax deductions and to make up the revenue drop and the individual increases sunset in 5 years. Which could result in a tax hike for individuals in 5 years.
