I am in the process of preparing a web site that will serve this purpose but at present it is very much under construction. The parts that are published on the web at this time ( cover only a few miscellaneous topics.

Roy has done a nice job covering various topics of interest to investors in the FAQs he set up on this site. Offhand, I'm not aware of any place you could go for good overall information on tax rules for investors--which is why I'm working on a site that will do that.
