<< Very thought provoking, and i'm now interested in reading the book. I doubt i'm alone. I'm sure Kennedy is thanking the writers about now as sales of his book have probably already begun to skyrocket : ) >>

I heard Randall Kennedy interviewed on NPR last month on Fresh Air. The subject was interesting enough that I've got his book on my short list. In addition to Mr. Kennedy's comments there were some great audio clips from Lenny Bruce, Richard Pryor, and some other comedian that I didn't recognize.

You can listen to the segment, aired January 7th, from the National Public Radio website. Enter "Randall Kennedy" in the search engine.
