<<Hm... Now you have me alarmed...or perhaps just annoyed. I am wondering if anyone else on the
board has an IRA with Datek & has received a 1099-B like this for capital gain w/i an IRA (they
did it for both mine and my wife's.) They also sent me a 1099-int for interest income.>>

I recently received an erroneous 1099 for dividends received in the IRA I have at Ameritrade. They subsequently sent me a letter apologizing and saying to disregard the 1099.
