The Red Cross claims the governor kept them out. Apparently the governor had a reason for letting the media in but keeping the aid out. I wonder if she made the media promise not to bring extra water in.



Someone on TV interview (there have been so so many) stated that the governor wanted to evacuate the Superdome and didn't want the expectation of food and water to attract more refugees to it...
