Would it be fair to pay black people less than white people because a higher percentage of blacks are unemployed? 6 >> It's common for employers to cheapen wage rates for anyone they can. The first defence of employees against that tendency is hard bargaining for higher wages with an existing employer and a willingness to shop around for better offers from other employers.Did you use those methods?
