The rules of golf have existed for a long time, and just because we as a gender don't hit as hard as men doesn't mean the playing field needs to be levelled for us. I think that stuff is bogus and I'm annoyed by it on behalf of women who are not insecure about our musculature.

It's common for employers to cheapen wage rates for anyone they can. The first defence of employees against that tendency is hard bargaining for higher wages with an existing employer and a willingness to shop around for better offers from other employers.

Did you use those methods? And if so, did they help produce an equitable salary rate for you?
