This is much different from other mutuals I've owned.>>It sounds like the participants are paying the administrative fees (not to be confused with the investment fees) of the 401(k) plan.This is not unusual, but it is also possible for those fees to be paid by the company. Be forewarned, they may be having you pay the administrative fees so they can afford the match.
