<<I have read Atkins and others. I get the impression that you are still quite ignorant in the area low carb eating philosophies.........I gave up my morning and afternoon "coffee break" Dr. Peppers. I stopped eating pizza. All my life I had made a breakfast of 2 bowls of Special K..... ..I never counted carbs, calories, or anything else and was never starving as I had been nine years ago doing low-fat and lifting weights.>>Let me get this straight. Before you became knowledgable regarding low carb eating philosophies your nutritional strategies included soda, pizza and double helpings of cereal...... but you attribute former difficulties in the area of weight management on "doing low-fat". Isn't this precisely Nancy's point?
