<<I just have to vent a little. I have it figured that I will be debt-free on Christmas of '01 !!!! Now I'm 26 years old now so that means I'll be living like this until I'm 30!! ( My birthday is in December). This is really depressing me.>>

funkychair,

Don't be depressed. In fact, be proud of the fact that you're meeting your obligations and dealing with them head on. No one will be able to accuse you of being a deadbeat. ; )

But take heart. It's not that long for you--you will be amazed at how quickly the time goes by, and of course there's always the chance that increased earnings will shorten your...uh...sentence.

Instead of dwelling on what isn't, I'd say you should focus on the future and how sweet life will be when you've gotten that debt burden off your back.

Good luck!

Tony
