<<If the judiciary allows the government including bureaucrats to do whatever they please in violation of the law, our basic freedoms our gravely at risk. >>

If the JUDICIARY is allowed to rewrite our laws AND THE CONSTITUTION when they can summon up five votes to do so, our Republic has been expropriated by an aristocracy of appointed for life politicians.

And that's just what's happened, beginning two centuries ago and getting a lot worse decade by decade with liberals and conservatives taking turns at abusing the constitution.

Bejamin Franklin was famously asked what kind of government the constitutional convention had created. "A republic," he said, "if you can keep it."

We didn't. the Supreme Court hijacked the republic with a few years, and has been exapanding it's control ever since.

The last constitutional amendment was forty years ago to extend the vote to 18 year olds. The USSC gives homosexuals exemptions from criminal and marriage law or whatever they choose whenever they can find five votes to do so.

The USSC functions as an aristocracy as described by Aristotle's methods of classifying types of government.
