<<Just found this board. How refreshing.

I am 29 and sit at 1.5 NW/Annual Income ratio, with an aggressive goal to be FI by age 40. I crossed zero net worth at age 25, and currently save 25% of gross. Fully fund 2 roths, one 401k, and change at taxed investments.

I have perused through quite a few good posts on this board, have a lot more reading to do....

Congratulations on your success.

Are you satisfied with the way you use your time? At one time, I had a lot of spare time that didn't earn much in the way of revenue. For quite some time, I spent that hiking, backpacking and other kinds of recreation, which was very worthwhile to me. When I got tired of that, I bought rental real estate justified in part as a way to use my spare time wisely, and later started my own business for similar reasons.

Using you time wisely can be very important to a good life --- whether you use it for volunteering, recreation or earning additional wealth. Are you satisfied that you are using that time wisely?
