My answer can't be as concise as I'd like.>>You're the lawyer, so I'm not going to doubt anything you say, but what about the credit card companies who issued these cards without running some sort of cross check of name/social security number?? Maybe this is my question. If I told a company my social security number was 123-45-6789, how would they know it was my REAL SSN and not a phony??
