Point taken. Actually, I never meant to imply that I'm against regulation. Regulation by government in many areas protects us all, and in truth, I'm in favor of it.

I'm also in favor of stricter regulation on credit cards to protect consumers, as I've said in my example with the fine print that can be so deceiving.

Of course we have to always be vigilant to see that regulations never go too far as to impose on individual freedoms, but in general, I'm in favor.
